The development of KBE tools requires significantly larger times and efforts. The critical activities of the KBE process are as follows:
- Study of Requirements (to capture the customer needs)
- Feasibility Study (to understand the technical and economic feasibility)
- Design Document Preparation ( to cover all the agreed upon features)
